Seattle · Bellevue · Eastside

We've cleared more Seattle offices than we can count.

We've stripped open-plan tech suites in South Lake Union down to bare carpet, hauled monitor arms and cabled sit-stand desks out of Bellevue high-rises, and emptied conference rooms in Fremont studio offices where the only place to park the truck was the street. When a property manager calls at 4 p.m. saying the space has to be broom-clean by 5:00 PM on the 31st, that's the call we're built for.

Office managers don't have a furniture problem. They have a deadline problem — a landlord who wants the suite empty, a building that won't let you use the freight elevator without a certificate of insurance on file, and forty chairs that have to be gone before the next tenant walks through. We handle the whole headache, not just the lifting.

"Seattle office managers don't call the national 1-800 number. They call the crew their building already cleared an insurance certificate for."
Real job · South Lake Union tech floor

A whole open-plan floor — cables and all — gone in an afternoon.

When a Seattle tech firm relocated, they handed us a full open-plan floor: a long run of sit-stand desks, dual monitors on articulating arms, pedestal file cabinets, and the part nobody wants to deal with — cable. Power, ethernet, and monitor cables zip-tied under every desk, snaking through grommets and floor boxes.

We don't just yank furniture and leave a mess of wire behind. We cut the desks down to their components, unbolt the monitor arms, coil and bag the loose cabling, and break the workstations into pieces that actually fit the freight elevator. By the time we left, the floor was bare — clean carpet, daylight through the windows, nothing for the next crew to trip over.

That's the difference between a hauling company and a couple of guys with a pickup: we bring the tools and the bodies to take a wired office apart properly.

Real job · Downtown Seattle high-rise

A downtown tower is a logistics job before it's a hauling job.

A downtown high-rise office came to us packed: stacked boxes, a heavy cable spool, loose monitors, and a row of fluorescent tubes laid out on the floor. In a tower, you can't just back a truck up to the door. The building wanted a certificate of insurance on file before we set foot past the lobby, the freight elevator had to be reserved for our window, and the loading dock runs on a timer — miss your slot and you're waiting behind the next vendor.

So we handled the building first: COI to property management, freight elevator booked, dock time confirmed. Then the crew moved fast — boxes, spool, monitors, and the fluorescent tubes (handled separately, not tossed in with the rest) all out, down to empty carpet. The office manager didn't have to chase the building or the haulers. One call covered both.

What goes in the truck

If it's in the office, it fits in our truck.

We carry the tools to disassemble Herman Miller cubicles, heavy conference tables, modular storage walls, and sit-stand workstations — so a packed floor doesn't mean a packed schedule. Here's what we pull out of Seattle offices every week:

Office Chairs
Task chairs, drafting stools, the whole conference-room set. We move them by the dozen, not one trip at a time.
Sit-Stand & Desks
We dismantle electric sit-stand bases, pull the monitor arms, and break desks down so they clear the elevator.
Cubicles & Workstations
Modular panel systems and Herman Miller cubicles come apart panel by panel — we bring the right tools, not a crowbar.
Filing & Storage
Lateral files, pedestal cabinets, and modular storage walls, emptied and hauled.
Conference Tables
Heavy boardroom tables get split at the seams and carried out in pieces — not wedged through a doorway.
Bookcases & Shelving
Built-in-looking shelving, lobby display units, and storage racks.
Break-Room Gear
Mini-fridges, microwaves, vending units, and the lunch table nobody claimed.

Not sure it'll all fit? Text us a photo of the floor and we'll tell you the crew and truck size we'll bring.

How we work a floor

You tag it, we take exactly that.

Office furniture removal in Seattle - Junk B Gone crew clearing tagged office chairs, mini-fridge and risers

The yellow-sticky-note cleanout

On one Seattle office cleanout, the staff had already walked the floor with a pad of yellow sticky notes — "REMOVE" on the chairs that were going, the mini-fridge, a stack of sit-stand risers, and nothing else. That's our favorite way to work. We take what's tagged and leave what isn't. No second-guessing, no "wait, was that supposed to stay?" calls the next morning. If your team flags it, it's gone.

Office furniture removal in Edmonds - Junk B Gone crew staging office chairs, drafting stools and conference tables for haul-off

Enough crew, enough truck — the first time

Volume is its own problem. At an office in Edmonds, the staging area held a wall of office chairs, drafting stools, a tan recliner, and conference tables lined up for haul-off — more than a single load for an undersized truck. We sized it right: enough crew to move fast and a truck big enough that we weren't making four round trips on the clock. High-volume jobs are where the wrong company quotes you cheap and then nickel-and-dimes the extra loads. We bring enough the first time.

The proof

Real Seattle offices we've cleared.

Every photo here is an actual JBG job — packed floors taken down to bare carpet, ready for the next tenant.

Where it actually goes

Good workstations get a second life — not a landfill slot.

A modular workstation that's still in good shape is worth something, and we'd rather it went back to work than into a hole in the ground. We route resaleable cubicles and office furniture to office liquidators for resale instead of dumping them. Usable household-type items from mixed cleanouts go to charitable organizations like Second Spark.

What can't be resold gets sorted, not shrugged off. Metal desk frames, filing cabinets, and chair bases go to our private recycling partners across King County — 100% of the appliances we pull, like break-room fridges, are recycled. Fluorescent tubes and electronics are kept separate and handled the right way. We don't run loads to a transfer station and call it recycling.

Start to empty floor

Three steps to an empty office.

1

Call, text, or send a photo

Call or text (206) 722-4285, or send a photo of the floor. Tell us your lease-end date and your building, and we'll tell you what we need from the property manager — usually just a COI and a freight-elevator window.

2

On-site assessment or photo quote

For a full floor we'll do a quick lease-end walkthrough; for a smaller clear-out a photo is enough. Either way you get a firm, all-inclusive price before we touch a thing — no per-item fees, no surprise load charges.

3

We haul it, broom-clean

We book the elevator, bring the crew and the right-sized truck, take it apart, and clear it out — broom-clean by your deadline. You hand the keys back to an empty suite.

What office managers tell us after the floor is empty.

★★★★★

"We were relocating and dreading the cable mess more than the furniture. They cut the desks down, bagged every cable, and the floor was bare by end of day. The building never had a complaint about the freight elevator."

Office Operations Lead · Tech firm, South Lake Union
★★★★★

"We were consolidating two floors into one and had way more furniture than people. They sized the crew right, got it all in fewer trips than we expected, and the Net-30 invoicing made our accounting team happy."

Facilities Manager · Insurance company, Bellevue
★★★★★

"Heavy conference tables and a wall of lateral files we thought would take days. They had the COI to our building manager before I even asked, booked the dock, and were done in an afternoon."

Firm Administrator · Law firm, Downtown Seattle
★★★★★

"Street parking only, second-floor walk-up, and a lease deadline. They figured out the logistics so I didn't have to. Broom-clean, on time, one price."

Office clear-out questions

Questions Seattle office managers actually ask.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our building?
Yes — just ask. We carry $5 million in liability coverage and provide COIs routinely for downtown Seattle and Bellevue property-management firms, naming your building or management company as additional insured. We'll get it to your building manager before the job so the freight elevator and dock are cleared.
Are you set up on our vendor platform or work-order system?
Almost certainly — we're credentialed and active on every major vendor management platform property managers use: Appfolio, Yardi VendorShield & VendorCafe, RealPage Vendor Compliance, NetVendor, VendorPM, Notivus, and Compliance Depot (RealPage Vendor ID 1184316). We also offer Net-30 for verified corporate accounts. Send the work order through your usual system and we'll run it from there.
Can you book the freight elevator and loading dock for us?
Yes. In a high-rise that's half the job. We reserve the freight elevator for our window and time our arrival to your dock so we're not waiting behind another vendor — and neither are you.
We have a lease-end deadline. Can you guarantee broom-clean by a date?
That's exactly what we do. Tell us the date the space has to be empty and we'll schedule the crew and truck to have it broom-clean by your deadline — not the day after.
What happens to the furniture you haul away?
Resaleable cubicles and workstations go to office liquidators for a second life; usable household-type items go to charitable organizations like Second Spark. Metal frames and break-room appliances go to our private recycling partners across King County. Fluorescent tubes and electronics are handled separately.
How much does it cost to clear an office?
Pricing is based on volume, weight, and how hard the access is — all-inclusive, with no per-item fees or fuel surcharges. There's a $99 minimum and the on-site assessment is free, so you get a firm price before we lift anything.
Why Our Prices Are Better

Same Job. Half the Trips. Cheaper Price.

Most junk removal companies show up with a trailer hitched to a pickup or a small 10-yard dump truck. Our fleet runs full-size 20-yard trucks with a 16×12-foot bed — 60% more room than the competition.

More capacity means your whole project fits in one load. No second trip charges, no "we'll have to come back tomorrow." You get the same work done for less.
